So as you may recall I mentioned that I was starting a diet and exercise regime. Well it lasted about a day and than I caved under the pressure of picnics and the fried yumminess found only at summer carnivals and fairs.
Ooo Wench, remember The Cheesecake Factory mmmm pineapple upside down cheesecake...wait where was I, oh yeah diets.
So now that Labor Day has passed and the time for ice cream and fried dough is over, I have decided to get back into shape.
This time I am so dedicated that I even went and bought sneakers (no I didn't even own a pair, I'm a girly girl remember) and an exercise outfit that I paid a fortune for because supposedly it's sweat proof. (hello, we girly girls do not like to look sweaty, we glow darnit)
So I bid a fond farewell to chocolate chip cookies for the next few months...I know it's possible to eat them in moderation but for me that would mean eating only a dozen instead of the whole batch!
Wish me luck my lovelies, I really need it. Oh and Lucy, when I'm tempted than I'm coming to you for a virtual slap. I'd ask Wench but she'd enjoy it.
If anybody knows of any delicious low cal/low fat foods, please send the info my way.
Love to all!!

I'll just send you that pic of Jensen with the word "motivation" under it, remember? That's not what *I'm* thinking about when I'm on the treadmill, nooooo.
pssh, after you were the one who wanted us to get that cheesecake? man, you deserve a good thwack :P
jk. as Lucy said, just keep the boys nearby. they inspire a great many things...d
I was tempted to put Jensen's pic on all the yummy foods in the house but I figured my hubby might have a little fit.
